The concert was really good on Thursday nite. We had a great time. Talked to the lead singer from Six Chasing Seven - such a great conversation. Brad's set was just lovely. He sang originals and two covers ("Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You", "I'm Yours"). We were able to snag a cd from him that he burned. 5 original songs. I've been listening to Fusion since then. Check him out on YouTube. That's where we found out about him. I met his cousin - she knows Chinenye. Really cool.

It was a bit of a journey to get there. Chinenye and I thought that the concert started at 7 or 7:30. We got off at the Metro, walking around. Couldn't find the particular street. Finally we arrived. The coffeehouse was so quaint and cute. If I'm ever back into the area, I'll be back. :)

Valentine's Day came and went. I did NOTHING. I'm okay with that. Watched All-Star activities with the family. Ate homemade pizza. Dad got the girls and I chocolate, the boys fun sports stuff. I feel like you can show someone love every day. Of course, nothing wrong with the actual day. I'm not incredibly huge on it.
